House rules

House rules

– Arrival and departure: you are welcome from 2 p.m. and on the day of departure we will wave you goodbye before 11 a.m.

– The campsite is quiet between 10 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. The sound of TV, radio and other music may not be audible outside the camping equipment. Do you also take your neighbors into account when you sit in front of your camping equipment in the evening? If you return to the campsite with your car later than 10 p.m., please take the other guests into account as much as possible.

– Visitors are welcome from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. They must have left the site by 10 p.m.

– Upon arrival at the campsite, everyone is obliged to report. If we are not present, you can contact us by telephone.

– The camping power is fused at 6A, do you take this into account?

– Do not leave your belongings unattended at the campsite and in your car. Camping Welcome to the Farm is not liable for loss, damage or theft of your property.

– During your stay you will use the property of our campsite. Treat these belongings as if they were your own.

– In particular, the campsite is not liable for damage, accidents, loss of objects or other irregularities during the stay at the campsite.

– You are required to have third party liability insurance for damage to third parties.

– At the Welcome to the Farm campsite we treat each other respectfully. (Physical) Aggression, verbal or non-verbal, will not be tolerated.

Place of residence

– The manager determines a location after reservation or registration. If possible and if you wish, another location is possible, in consultation.

– A maximum of 4 adults are allowed to stay overnight per camping pitch. If you have more than one person, you can discuss the options with the manager.

– Pets are welcome. Dogs must be on a leash. We assume that the pets will not cause any nuisance to the other campers. We ask you to walk your dog outside the campsite along the provincial road (cycle path).

– For reasons of peace and safety, we are a car-free campsite. You can temporarily park your car at the location upon arrival and departure to unload or load. Maximum speed at the campsite is walking pace (5 km per hour). You can park your car in the designated parking lot next to the driveway.

– Dispose of your household waste in the appropriate containers behind the house. Do you also separate your waste into green (green lid), plastic (orange lid), paper (blue lid), glass (crate) and residual waste (large yellow container)? Do not leave waste bags outside because of vermin.

– It is not permitted to place your bulky waste in or next to a container.

Sanitary and general facilities

To maintain hygiene in the sanitary building, you must leave the building tidy after use. We all want to use a clean toilet building.

– Children up to the age of 5 must use the sanitary building under the supervision of an adult.

– A camping toilet must be emptied into the appropriate drain bin at the toilet building. The use of chemicals in the mobile toilet or emptying it is not permitted. Do you not want to flush wipes, tampons and other materials in the toilet? We are connected to an IBA system and this would cause enormous damage.

– Smoking is prohibited in all public buildings.

The terrain

– Every camper must be able to identify themselves. Camping Welcome to the Farm cannot be held liable for fire, loss or damage caused by third parties or otherwise.

– The use of the playground equipment at the campsite is at your own risk.

Violating the house rules or not following instructions may lead to a warning, refusal of access to the public areas of the Welcome to the Farm campsite or expulsion from the campsite. You will not receive a refund of the amount paid. Violations of the law and crimes are always reported to the police.
